Welcome to the EVF 2024 meeting. We look forward to seeing you in Athens
REGISTRATION IS OPEN
- Delegates will be able to attend the EVF 2024 meeting either in-person or virtually for the same registration fee.
- All presentations and discussion will be live.
- Delegates will be able to view session recordings for 6 months after the meeting.
To register:
- Click on the registration link.
- Indicate your delegate type e.g. EVF Member, Non-Member.
- Click the Register button.
- Indicate your participation type – “I wish to attend In Person” or “I wish to attend Virtually”

Registration Fees

** You will be asked to upload a letter from your Head of Department confirming your status as Trainee.

The In-Person registration fee includes:
- Admission to the scientific sessions, including ePoster sessions and the Exhibition area
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Congress material
- Refreshments during the congress
The Virtual registration fee includes:
- Online admission to scientific sessions including ePoster sessions
- Online Congress material
Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the office. Refund of fees, less 30% administration charges may be applied for until 10 May 2024. After this date, no refund can be made. Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
