Guidance for ePoster Presenters
The ePoster presentations will be uploaded onto screens in Room KOL-H-317 on the 3rd floor of the venue. They will be available to view by all delegates and faculty throughout the three days of the congress.
They have been allocated to either Thursday 27 June or Friday 28 June. Please note the date you have been allocated (see ePoster programme).
The Chairmen will review the presentations during the meeting and will meet the authors for possible questions/discussion on each day. Each author will have a maximum of 3 minutes to present their abstract. For those allocated to Thursday 27 June, this will take place between 13.20-14.20. For those allocated to Friday 28 June, this will take place from 13.15-14.15.
The best ePoster from each day will receive a prize for the best ePoster presentation – free registration at the following EVF meeting in Hungary, Budapest (25-27 June 2020).
