Travel to Italy
Strengthened Green Pass (Super Green Pass) is required for entry in Italy. Please check this link on the current entry requirements travelling from your country.
There are currently no restrictions on access to hotels/conference centres. Masks are required on public transport. A maximum of 500 delegates will be allowed into the hotel and the conference auditorium. As soon as we reach this number, In-Person registration will close. However, you will be able to attend via the Virtual platform.
All refreshments will be served in the hotel restaurant according to the hotel COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.
Please ensure you have travel insurance that includes COVID cover. Neither the EVF, the venue, nor any of its agents will be liable for any additional expenses incurred if you are unable to attend the meeting or access the venue.
