COVID Guidelines

 

The EVF, Laguna Palace Hotel and all agents will ensure all steps are taken to ensure a safe environment for all attendees of the meeting

 

Travel to Italy

Covid Passes are required for entry into all venues in Italy, including hotels. A negative COVID-19 PCR test may be required.

Conference Venue

Access to hotels, conference centres and public transport is only allowed with proof of a strengthened Green Pass (or Super Green Pass). Please note that without this pass, you will not be able to enter the hotel or join the conference. It is also compulsory to wear FFP2 type face masks. Refunds will not be given. Due to covid restrictions the venue is running at 60% capacity. A maximum of 250 delegates will be allowed into the hotel and the conference auditorium. The usual capacity is 700. 

 

Refreshments

All refreshments will be served in the hotel restaurant according to the hotel COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.

 

Insurance

Please ensure you have travel insurance that includes COVID cover. Neither the EVF, the venue, nor any of its agents will be liable for any additional expenses incurred if you are unable to attend the meeting or access the venue. Health security measures

NH Italia S.p.A. implemented containment and contrast measures provided as per legislation in force to deal with the health emergency from Covid-19. In particular, a specific “Protocol for the regulation of measures to combat and contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the workplace” has been adopted and it’s periodically updated on the basis of changes in the current regulations and rules defined by the Authority. In addition, the company is committed to pursuing and maintaining levels of excellence in the management of its facilities, to reorganizing hotel spaces and services and to redefine the experience of its customers according to the guidelines defined in the 10 pillars of “Feel safe at NH” and synthesized on this link.
