Certificate of Attendance

Please click below to receive your Certificate of Attendance with the CME points (1 CME per hour of attendance). CME credits are also available for presentations viewed on the platform, for three months after the conference.

You will need to complete an evaluation form. Once completed and submitted you will be redirected to receive your certificate. Note that you will need the bar code on your Badge to download your certificate.
