COVID-19 / CORONA VIRUS

The President and Board of the EVF have followed the situation regarding the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) outbreak. 

We believe that the safest action for our Delegates, Faculty and Exhibitors for us is to postpone the 2020 Budapest meeting 

The new date for the meeting is 24-26 June 2021.   

The venue remains the same: Budapest Congress Centre.

Registration Fees

** A certificate, signed by the head of department must accompany the registration booking form to be eligible for the reduced registration fee.

The registration fee includes:

• VAT (27%)
• Admission to the scientific programme and exhibition area
• All congress material
• Welcome Reception on Thursday, 25 June 2020
• Refreshments during the congress
• Certificate of attendance

Group registrations

If you wish to book a group of 5 or more delegates, please use the Group Registration Form. Please complete and return directly to Ms. Bea Golovanova at the registration office

Confirmations and billing

Confirmation and invoice will be sent in two separate emails to all participants by the registration office (Congressline Ltd) upon receipt of registration and payment.

Please note that some mailing servers might consider confirmation emails or bills as spam. Please check your spam/junk folder first if you do not hear from us after your registration. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the office via email at golob@congressline.hu.

Payment

All payments should be made in EUR. Payments sent after 22 June, 2020 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Credit cards

VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express are accepted for online payment. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds available, check daily limitations and especially in the case of 3d Secure protected cards and Amex cards check your bank or card company for permission of the online transaction. Card information required: Card number with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder, CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card by the signature line (only in case of VISA and EC/MC).

Please refer “2020/29 and participants name” when transfer. All bank charges due are to be paid by the sender

Cancellation policy of registration

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the office. Refund of fees, less 150 EUR administration charges may be applied for until 29 May 2020. After this date, no refund can be made. Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
