Recordings will be available to all registered delegates for one year post conference

Registration Fees:

Physician in Training	£250	£350
AVF Member	£360	£460

Group Registration:  Please contact the EVF office if you have a group booking of 200+

Registration is limited to 1,000 so please ensure you register as soon as possible as First Come, First Served

Registration fee is inclusive of VAT as applicable

 

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all areas of the virtual platform e.g. scientific presentations, exhibition area
• All congress material on site
• Access to Networking facilities
• Certificate of attendance with CME credits
• Access to recordings for one year

 

Data Protection:

Your data is stored on a secured data base held by Shocklogic Ltd and will only be used for purposes of this event. This enables us to keep you up to date with information on registration, abstracts, scientific programme, receive information from companies exhibiting/supporting the congress, the exhibition and other aspects of the EVF 2021 Congress. Your data (apart from that required for legal or financial reasons) will be retained for one year and will then be deleted.

Cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the office. Refund of fees, less £100 administration charges may be applied for until 28 May 2021. After this date, no refunds can be made.  Refunds will be processed after the Congress. Refunds will be returned via the same payment method use.  Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the Congress.
