Registration Fees

** You will be asked to upload a letter from your Head of Department confirming your status as Physician in Training.

The registration fee includes:
- Admission to the scientific sessions, including ePoster sessions and the Exhibition area
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Congress material
- Refreshments during the congress
- Certificate of attendance with EACCME and CME points
CANCELLATION
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the office. Refund of fees, less 30% administration charges may be applied for until 8 May 2026. After this date, no refund can be made. Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
