Welcome to the EVF 2022 meeting

** You will be asked to upload a letter from your Head of Department confirming your status as Trainee.

Masks are not required to enter the conference venue. However, they are required on public transport.  Any registration fees paid will not be refunded. By registering for the meeting you agree to comply with these rules. Refunds will not be given.

 

In person delegates

To comply with the covid guidelines of the Italian government, in person delegate numbers are limited to 500. Once we reach capacity, in-person registration will close. Delegates will still be able to register to attend the meeting in virtual format.

The registration fee includes (VAT as applicable):

In Person Delegates

  • Admission to the scientific sessions, including ePoster sessions and the Exhibition area
  • Refreshments during the congress
  • Certificate of attendance with EACCME CME points for sessions viewed during the conference and for 3 months after the event
  • Access to the Virtual Platform during the event and for six months on demand
  • For Italian participants who registered on Training ECM platform to obtain credits: certificate of attendance and certificate of accreditation

Virtual Delegates

  • Access to all areas of the virtual platform e.g. scientific presentations, exhibition area, networking area
  • Access to the platform for six months on demand
  • Congress material (online)
  • Certificate of attendance with EACCME CME credits for sessions viewed during the conference and for 3 months after the meeting
  • For Italian participants who registered on Training ECM platform to obtain credits: certificate of attendance and certificate of accreditation

 

EACCME Credits

The conference has been awarded 16 CME credits with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Your attendance at each session will be monitored by the system. At the end of the meeting, you will be sent a link to the evaluation form. Once this is completed you will then be able to download your Certificate of Attendance showing the number of credits you have obtained (1 CME point for each hour of attendance). CME points are available for live sessions viewed and for recorded sessions viewed for up to 3 months after the end of the conference.

 

CME Italian Credits

The conference has been accredited on Womblab’ training platform TrainingECM for Italian participants. Their attendance at each session will be monitored by the system. At the end of the meeting, those who have followed 90% of the event will be able to download their Certificate of accreditation on the “mine courses” page of the platform. The certificate will show the number of credits they have obtained.

TBN: Italian participants have to attend at least 90% of the event in order to obtain CME credits.

TBN1: Italian participants who register on TrainingECM may choose to register for the virtual event or for the on site event; we inform you that according to the format you choose you will get different accreditation.

IMPORTANT: Italian participant who want Italian CME credits need to:

  • register on the official platform of the event. Once you have register on the official platform you need to write and email to this address in order to ask for the registration on TrainingECM
  • You will then be able to register on TrainingECM which is only for obtaining Italian CME credits

 

Data Protection

Your data is stored on a secured data base held by Wolmlab and will only be used for purposes of this event. This enables us to keep you up to date with information on registration, abstracts, scientific programme, receive information from companies exhibiting/supporting the congress, the exhibition and other aspects of the EVF 2022 Congress. Your data (apart from that required for legal or financial reasons) will be retained for one year and will then be deleted. By registering for the meeting, you agree to the use of your data.
